Review finds little evidence that supplements prevent cancer and heart disease

Millions of Americans take vitamins and mineral supplements to ward off disease, but a report by researchers at the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research finds a lack of evidence that these supplements prevent cancer, cardiovascular disease and death.
