The aim of the eIRB is to streamline the IRB application process and to provide fast and efficient communication and tracking information for investigators, research personnel and IRB administrators.
The eIRB allows you to submit new study applications, study modifications, continuing reviews and reportable new information electronically. You can also submit an IRB Inquiry form as part of a new application if you are uncertain about whether IRB review is necessary for a new project. Results of IRB reviews and any communication surrounding the IRB review process are also handled by this system.

How will I access the eIRB?
If you are a first-time user: Go to the eIRB home page and click on the "Self Registration" link located in the red box on the upper right side of the page to request a user account.
If you already have a username and password: Go to the eIRB home page and click on the "Login" link located in the upper right corner of the page.
Where can I find user manuals and FAQs?
Help Center: After logging into the eIRB, click Help Center on the left side of the page. Here, you will find User Guides for study staff and IRB reviewers as well as instruction sheets on several specific topics.
FAQs: On the Home page of the eIRB, you will see a link to Training Information and FAQs.
