Robert Emerson Huck
(1923-1961)
Education:
University of Montana (1946);
Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center (1946-50);
University of Colorado (1950-52)
Biography:
Pursuing his art education, Huck traveled to Italy on a Fulbright Fellowship
from 1954-55. Huck taught at Oregon State University from 1955-61. His
landscapes often contain the image of a hunter. Much of his work related to the
warmer Northwest colors of gold and russet.
