Ilya Ivlev, MD, MBI, PhD, is a physician-scientist and an associate director in clinical cxcellence at ECRI Institute. He conducts original studies in low-value care, systematic reviews, and methods development. His portfolio includes health services research, medical decision-making, clinical informatics, and patient preference research. Dr. Ivlev received his MD from the Siberian State Medical University in Russia. He received his PhD in biomedical and clinical technology at the Czech Technical University in Prague (Czech Republic) and a master's degree in biomedical informatics from Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Ivlev also completed an NIH/NLM Clinical Informatics fellowship and AHRQ/PCORI Learning Health System K12 career award.
